 * cd /home/tcheun/Downloads/eclipse/plugins
 * cp ../../flex_plugins/*.jar .
 * mkdir /home/tcheun/Download/plugins/Flex-plugin
 * 위의 내용을 따라 하다 i accept.... 뒤의 installation 하면에서 change location 선택
 * new update site 에서 add location 선택
 * 브라우저에서 위에 만든 Flex-plugin 디렉토리 선택
 * 확인 버튼 클릭
 * ok -> finish

* 새로운 eclipse 에서는 help -> software updates -> manage configuration...
 * Add an extension location  -> select directory
